We are looking for a Fitters & Welder with 1+ Experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fabricate metal parts using welding techniques.
- Perform MIG, TIG, arc, and other welding methods.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Inspect welds to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain and repair welding equipment.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Handle and prepare materials for welding.
- Resolve welding and fitting issues.
- Document work and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; vocational training or welding certification.
- Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail for high-quality welds.
- Physical stamina for demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of safety practices.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME) are a plus.
